This class is ideal for individuals that are new to yoga and want to learn more. We will take time to break down each pose. All skill levels are welcome!
Vinyasa Flow
ALL SKILL LEVELS
This is the dynamic practice linking movement with breath in dance-like flow and the pace can be quick or slow. This class is beginner friendly but also geared towards intermediate and more advanced practitioners.
Restorative / Yin Yoga
ADVANCED
This mellow, slow-moving practice with longer holds gives your body and mind a chance to slow down and relax. You’ll also use a variety of props including blankets, bolsters and yoga blocks to fully support your body in each pose.
Morning / Gentle Flow
ALL SKILL LEVELS
Vinyasa style flow to wake you up
and put you in a good mood.

Power Flow
INTERMEDIATE
In this Vinyasa Flow we practice promoting strength, stamina, and endurance, as well as, flexibility, poise, and relaxation. This class will get your heart rate up and your body sweating. The pace of the class can be quick. This class is beginner friendly but also geared towards intermediate and more advanced practitioners.
